My name is Kerone, I’m from st.Anns bay Jamaica and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my family in St. Ann, Jamaica. Hurricane Melissa has devastated our community, leaving behind destruction that words can barely describe. My aunt, who is paralyzed, and her children lost their home completely in the storm. They have nowhere safe to stay right now, and much of what they owned was destroyed: clothes, furniture, even basic supplies. Other members of my family in St. Ann were also affected, with homes damaged, roofs blown off, and severe flooding leaving everything soaked or ruined. We are doing our best to stay strong and support each other, but the situation is overwhelming. Many areas are still without electricity and Wi-Fi, making it even harder to reach help. Every little bit, whether it’s a donation or a share, can make a huge difference in helping my family rebuild, find shelter, and replace essential items like food, clothes, and medicine.

I’m asking from the bottom of my heart: please help if you can. Even the smallest contribution can bring hope and comfort to my family during this heartbreaking time.
