Hi everyone I am fundraising for our friend Keri North.  She was diagnosed with Stage II Breast cancer in April 2022, a few short months before her 39th birthday.  She also tested positive for the BRCA gene and will also need a hysterectomy in the future. 

Keri’s chemotherapy treatment was cut short this past Wednesday after she has a severe reaction to Taxol.  Since she is no longer able to receive chemotherapy she will be undergoing surgery for a double mastectomy on 9/7, much sooner than expected.

On top of everything Keri’s most recent work role ended on 6/3.  While she has been searching for new employment it’s been a difficult as her doctor has recommended she work from home due to having a compromised immune system.

I have created this fundraiser first and foremost to assist Keri with her mounting medical bills from treatment and surgeries. If someone would like to start a meal train, gift cards, etc that would be of great help too. Insurance only covers so much and although Keri is one of the hardest working women I know, she is a single family income and she doesn’t like to ask for help.

Please, let’s show Keri that her and girls are not in this battle alone! No amount is too small! Even if you cannot donate please share with friends, family and former co-workers who might be able to assist.
