Hello - My name is Kaylie and I am reaching out in support of my cousin Kenzie + her fiancé Tim and their 2 kids (3.5 year old and 5 month old).

On March 27th, their world was turned upside down. Tim was in a horrible work accident where a pipe sprung out and hit him in the face. This caused him to be completely sedated and intubated in the ICU. He ended up with fractures/breaks to all of his facial bones.

On Monday March 31st, Tim underwent a 12 hour facial reconstructive surgery to repair all of the facial breaks including wiring his jaw, he will be wired for 4-6 weeks..

He now is doing so much better but is still breathing through a trach. After almost 2 weeks in the hospital he has now been moved to Madonna on April 8th to get stronger with Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. The hope is to come home soon so he can be home to recover and be home with his babies.

This whole situation has been incredibly devastating to our whole family and all of their friends. With Tim being in the hospital and now rehab center, he cannot work and Kenzie has also been off work to take time to help him recover, which as most of you know she is self employed so while being off she has no income coming in.

We are trying to raise some money to help Tim & Kenzie during this incredibly hard time. They wouldn’t do this themselves so my family and I took the initiative and felt it was right.
