It is with unimaginable heartbreak that we are asking for help on behalf of Kenyae Mackey, a loving and devoted father in Riverside, California, who tragically lost his precious daughter, Joylen Reign Mackey, on January 29, 2026.

No parent ever expects to bury their child.

No parent is prepared for this kind of loss.

And no family should have to face overwhelming grief and financial hardship at the same time.

Joylen was only 13 years old. She had her entire life ahead of her. Her passing has left her father devastated—trying to process the loss of his baby girl while facing the unimaginable reality of planning funeral and burial arrangements he never thought he would need for his child.

Like many parents, Kenyae only had life insurance on himself, believing he was protecting his family from financial burden later in life—never imagining he would need it for a loved one at such a young age.

Right now, he is doing everything he can just to hold himself together. The emotional weight is heavy, and the financial burden of laying Joylen to rest is overwhelming. Funeral and burial costs can reach $6,000–$10,000 or more, and he cannot cover this alone.

This fundraiser is being organized by friends and community members who love Kenyae and want to step in during the darkest moment of his life.
