My name is Kent Carper and I would like to share a small portion of my life with you.
My life has been centered around service. I proudly served nearly 17 years in the Army National Guard in multiple roles, including field artillery, fuel supply, and as a medic and nurse. While working toward becoming an officer, I was diagnosed with kidney disease and forced out of service without retirement.
Despite that hardship, I dedicated over 33 years to nursing, caring for patients in hospitals, nursing homes, and home care settings. I also serve as a pastor and as a chaplain for American Legion Post 662.
Now, I am facing serious medical challenges and an upcoming surgery that has created significant financial strain. After a lifetime of giving to others, I find myself in a position where I must ask for help.
If you feel led to support me—whether financially, through prayer, or by sharing my story—I would be sincerely thankful.
