Hello, I am a writer, film maker, artist, and professional nerd who's struggling to cover the last bit of cost for my surgery. I mainly work on genre short film sets as a production assistant. Much of my work is fairly physical and so during the recovery period, I will end up out of work for a month or so. I need help to cover rent, groceries, and bills during that time when I cannot get out of bed or lift anything.

I am a nearly 30 year old transgender man looking to pay for my top surgery in full, I have to pay out of pocket. I have gotten 95% of the way there but that last couple thousand alludes me. It would truly mean the difference between a rocky couple months during recovery, and a roof over my head while I heal.
