As many of you know we lost our father suddenly on March 11th from a heart attack caused by a blood clot from a routine surgery. We thought we had more time with our dad, and so did he. However, life did not pan out that way. After his passing we found out that he did not have a will or trust established. On top of our grief we are now trying to acquire our father's properties. Our dad was big on family and legacy. Navigating real estate law and property management was something he worked hard at to ensure that we and our future generations had equity and a home to celebrate and gather together. 

Maintaining his legacy and property is coming at a huge cost to us affording legal fees. We are asking that you help support our family in protecting our dad's legacy and ensure that his hard earned work will not be lost.
