Kenneth “Kenny” Gordon is a 50-year member of the Orangeburg Volunteer Fire Association (OVFA) and the Orangeburg Volunteer Fire Department. Kenny has served as the Chairman of the Board of Fire Commissioners for the Orangeburg Fire District since 2003 and has been a commissioner since 1999. Kenny has held line officer ranks in the Orangeburg Volunteer Fire Department up to and including chief. Kenny has also found the time to serve as Financial Secretary of the OVFA for 20 years. He is a member of numerous volunteer firefighter associations throughout Rockland County and the State of New York, and he is currently the President of the Association of Fire Districts of Rockland County.

Kenny has recently been diagnosed with multiple medical conditions which have required many trips to doctors, medical facilities and hospitals. While some of these visits and treatments have been covered by insurance, Kenny and his wife Colleen are facing mounting medical bills which they are falling behind on. These bills are preventing Kenny from receiving the treatment he needs.

Kenny has helped keep his community safe by volunteering with the fire department and associated organizations for a half century. Now he and Colleen need our help to continue his treatment and cover their medical expenses. Any donation to Kenny would be a tremendous help.
