"We have made the difficult decision to transfer Kennie into in home hospice care. Unfortunately there has been too much trauma to his body and some unexpected complications since our move to St Francis Skilled Nursing Care. We knew this time would come but hoped that we would have at least a few more months with him before he reached the end of his journey. Prayers would be appreciated during this next stage of our cancer journey together."

This is the update that Claire shared today. Not long after this post, Claire let me know that people had begun giving again to this fundraiser. I am reposting this again as an opportunity to say thank you to everyone who has given and to give those who would still like to participate access.
