Hello, my name is Kenneth Richie, and I’m raising funds to support my son, Kenneth Richie Jr., as he embarks on an extraordinary academic journey at Duke Kunshan University in China.

The Opportunity

Kenneth Jr. has been accepted to Duke Kunshan University—an elite international institution partnered with Duke University. While there, he will be studying Computer Science and minoring in Computer Engineering, with hopes to becoming a Game Developer. His academic excellence earned him a 95% tuition scholarship, a testament to his hard work, character, and commitment to learning.

However, because the university is located overseas, he does not qualify for U.S. federal financial aid. Our family is responsible for covering the remaining 5% of tuition, along with housing, books, health insurance, and dorm fees. Altogether, our out-of-pocket cost is approximately $12,000 per year, not including travel expenses. Over four years, this adds up to nearly $50,000, which is our fundraising goal.
