‼️Update‼️ so we were able to move out under much duress and stress. We are talking to a lawyer who is giving us some free legal advice at the moment. If we could raise the remaining balance, we would be set to pay the rest of our bills before the end of the month when my work kicks back up.
Hello, my name is Kenneth Forrester. My wife Kaitlyn and I have been very happily married for 6 years and together for 11. We have two beautiful, healthy, happy girls, Freya (4 years old) and Willow (9 months old). We also parent a Rottie-Pit mix with a disability. We are her emotional support animals.
This Thanksgiving, we have been informed by our landlord that we are being evicted. We believe wrongfully. We have until the 17th (update after speaking with our lawyer, minimum 27th) to move out and make some very minor repairs to the interior of the house. Like damage to some of the trim…
Currently, we cannot afford to have our debts paid, bills met, and deal with storage/moving expenses as well. Our car needs a tire, we won’t have a mattress for ourselves or our 4-year-old when we move, and definitely won’t have much of a Christmas this year. We had opportunities ahead of us for places to live and time to save money, etc. We just needed to make it through the year… please help us keep our little family off the street. This is a short-term need. Work is picking back up and my wife has some promising job opportunities. We have a very short amount of time to move. Thank you for your time.
