Help Kenneth and Janice
Donation protected
Hello everyone.
We are asking on Kenneth Helms behalf for your help. As some of you may already know about a year and a half ago him and his partner Janice Knox both came down with injuries that left them unable to care for themselves and forced them to move out of their home in Middlesboro, KY. They both were bedridden in a nursing home for well over a year. Currently Janice is still bedridden and unable to walk BUT Kenneth is recovering and will soon be able to walk again.
Despite the best efforts of friends, neighbors, and family to watch after their home it was just yesterday discovered that their home was broken into. Things were stolen including precious personal items and medical supplies. Other things were destroyed and trashed. The window was broken and mold was discovered everywhere. It was also found that the hot water heater was busted and there are issues with their furnace.
We are asking for your help to get the broken items fixed and replaced as well as for cleaning supplies. We will also be putting money into getting a home security system.
If you are unable to help monetarily that is fine (we know this current economy is rough) then ask for you to pray for us to weather this current predicament that they are in.
We also ask that you pray for those people that felt it necessary to break into the home of two bedridden and elderly people and steal from them. Pray for their souls because while they may not get their comeuppance in this life then they will in the next.
Thank you for reading this. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers
God Bless
Kenneth, Janice, Camillia and Ernie
UPDATE 1: It has also come to light that Kenneth's homeowners insurance through StateFarm refuses to pay a dime towards it.
