Hi everyone!
My name is Kennedy Boazman, and I’m currently a Junior Biology major at North Carolina A&T State University, with future career goals of becoming a Physician Assistant.
This Christmas, I have been blessed with the opportunity to travel to Mombasa, Kenya for three weeks with International Medical Aid to help provide critical healthcare services to underserved communities. During my time there, I have been accepted to work in the Critical Care Clinic, Maternal Unit, and Surgical Unit, where I will assist physicians and healthcare teams in providing patient care, monitoring vital signs, and supporting life-saving procedures.
In addition to my hospital work, I will also be volunteering in local schools during the week, engaging with students and promoting community health education.
This hands-on experience will not only allow me to serve communities in need, but it will also help me grow into a more skilled and compassionate healthcare provider.
Your support will help cover travel expenses, lodging, vaccinations, and essential supplies needed for the mission. Every donation, no matter the size, brings me one step closer to making a real difference this holiday season and prepares me to better serve patients throughout my future career.
Thank you so much for being part of my journey toward becoming a Physician Assistant and helping me contribute to global health efforts!
