Help Kenn Mundy Rebuild After Hurricane Helene

Hello, my name is Katelin Mundy and my husband (Timothy Mundy) and I have created this fundraiser as a means to try to help our uncle, Kenn Mundy who resides in Swannanoa, NC recover after the damage and trauma caused by Hurricane Helene.

If you've seen the recent news coverage of the hurricane, Swannanoa, NC was devastated by Hurricane Helene and the terrible floods that followed. Like many others, our uncle lost everything and has been left to deal with the trauma from being a survivor and attempting to pick up the pieces of his life. Unfortunately, on top of dealing with losing everything but the clothes he wore that night, he is now faced with the financial burden of repairing his nearly destroyed home and replacing everything lost as insurance claimed that everything was destroyed/lost due to "flood damage" instead of the hurricane, meaning no assistance.

We are pleading with everyone who reads this to please help us in being a silver lining for and bringing some sense of relief to our uncle during his desperate time of need. Although no money can replace what has been lost or the trauma he now faces, your donation can help with the repairs his home needs and replacement of basic living necessities.
