I’m Kendrick, and I’m creating this fundraiser for myself after a terrifying incident that turned my life upside down. I was working at Circle K when an attempted robbery happened. Four suspects rammed a minivan into the store several times and tried to get inside to rob the place. In that moment, I acted to protect myself and the other employee who was working with me. It was a traumatic experience, and I am now facing the reality that I may lose my job because of what happened.

Right now, I’m asking for help as I try to recover from this dramatic event and figure out my next steps. The support from this fundraiser will help me cover my monthly bills while I get back on my feet and look for work. This has been an incredibly difficult and stressful time, and any kindness, support, or share would mean so much to me. Please help me through these tough times as I work to rebuild after this frightening experience.
