Help Kendra Heal: Overcoming Cancer Together

Kendra is currently in the second phase of her cancer treatment journey of Metaplastic Breast Cancer. She recently underwent surgery to remove the cancer—an intense and emotional step—but she’s doing her best to heal, physically and mentally. Recovery from surgery is expected to take 3 to 4 weeks, and after that, she’ll begin daily radiation treatments for several weeks, followed by continued immunotherapy every three weeks through the fall. During this period she will also continue chemotherapy through pill form.

This journey has already taken a huge toll on Kendra’s health, energy, and spirit—and now, it’s taking a serious toll on her finances. The combination of time off work, medical bills, and everyday living expenses is becoming overwhelming, and right now she needs help to make ends meet while she focuses on healing.
