Since I was a kid, I have been inspired by Chadwick Boseman—not just as an actor, but as someone who used his craft to make a difference. When I learned that he attended the British American Drama Academy (BADA) for a summer program, it planted a dream in my heart. Now, as a Junior at Morehouse College, taking theatre courses through Spelman, I am thrilled to share that I have been accepted into the Black British Theatre Programme at BADA. The only thing standing between me and this incredible opportunity is funding.

The funds I raise will go directly toward tuition, housing accommodation, airfare, meals, and transportation in London. This program is more than just a summer abroad—it's a chance to learn from world-class instructors, immerse myself in a new culture, and take a major step toward my dream of becoming an actor who can inspire and uplift others.

I have been working hard at this career path since I was nine years old. I have performed in countless plays, acted in short films, written plays and screenplays, directed, composed, danced, sung, and explored every area of performance I could find. I know I have so much more to give, and I simply need the tools to share my gifts with the world. This program will arm me with those tools. My biggest dream is to become an EGOT-level actor who uses that platform to effect change in the communities that shaped me, as well as the global community, by displaying the complexity, vulnerability, and beauty of human emotion. I hope to help people understand one another just a little bit better. Your support will help me reach one of my childhood goals and cross the first major bridge on my path to my destiny.
