Our dear friend Ken, affectionately known as Nussy, is fighting the battle of his life and we cannot let him do it alone!
Ken has been our resident doc for years, but more importantly he has been our teammate and dear friend. Ken has picked many of us up when we were injured, emotionally drained and feeling deflated. He has provided love, medical care and ultimately friendship with great advice. For years Ken stood by many of our sides at the start and finish line of a race, rooting us on or running with us side by side. Ken has been a coach, a mentor, a supporter and a pacer (aka "The Pacer.").
While Ken has been there for many of us he also has always been there for his business, his partner Jimmy and most importantly his family, especially his 2 beautiful daughters Juliana and Regina. Those sweet angels are Ken's world as he is there's.
Ken has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 Glioblastoma, for those who don't know it is brain cancer. Ken is ready to fight the fight of his life, but to do so he is unable to work and he will be traveling back and forth to NYC for treatment and care, the bills still need to be paid and the medical costs will continue to pile up.
This is where we all come in.
Every dollar counts. I know many of us are struggling in our own ways right now, but every dollar makes an absolute difference. Every dollar will go to support Ken and his 2 daughters.
Let's show Ken how much he is loved and supported. Let's rally together and fight the fight side by side with our Warrior.
