In the face of the last twelve months, the chaos and tumult that continues to ensue, I'm thankful to say that I have been blessed with a few opportunities this 2021; a residency with the Corsicana Artist and Writers Fellowship down in Texas, one more with Flux Factory in New York, and another project that I am quite excited about that will come to fruition before the first half of the year comes to a close.
Materials are essential for everything lined up this year and as my work continually grows in scale, it's become abundantly clear that I will need to stock up on pastels, paper, and grommets for my practice to proceed effectively. I'm humbly asking those in my community to help me corral all the materials I need to continue making in the months and weeks ahead. I also understand that times are tough all around right now and if you can't spare funds, please know that I'm incredibly grateful to you for even stopping by to see what I'm chatting about.
