Help Me Become Haiti’s First International Figure Skater

My name is Kelsy, and I am working to become the first person in history to represent Haiti in an international figure skating competition.

Haiti has never had an international figure skating presence — not because Haitians don’t belong on the ice, but because this sport has never been accessible to us. Figure skating is one of the most expensive sports in the world, and without a national federation, funding programs, or sponsorship pipelines, there has been no clear path for Haitian athletes to even begin.

Right now, I am building that path.

Every cost - coaching, ice time, equipment, testing, choreography, costumes, travel, and international registration - is paid out of pocket. There is no national funding behind this journey. Without community support, this historic opportunity cannot move forward.

This is bigger than me. This is about representation, access, and opening a door that has never existed before.
