Help Kelsie Get the Mobility She Deserves

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

My dear friend Kelsie’s life changed forever on March 30, 2014, when she was

just 19 years old. A tragic accident left her with limited mobility, requiring multiple

surgeries and ongoing care. Though she is not paralyzed, movement is

extremely difficult, making everyday tasks and outings a challenge.

Kelsie is a devoted mother to her beautiful daughter, Dani, who was only 17

months old at the time of the accident. Despite her struggles, Kelsie works hard

to be there for her daughter, but she faces significant barriers due to her

condition.

Why We Need Your Help

Kelsie urgently needs a wheelchair-accessible van with a ramp to allow her

the independence to:

✅ Attend crucial doctor's appointments

✅ Be present for her daughter's school activities

✅ Enjoy simple outings shopping and social events

✅ Improve her overall quality of life

Her amazing mother, Kandy, has been her primary caregiver, often missing work

to ensure Kelsie has the care she needs.

Right now, a few selfless caregivers also help support Kelsie, giving their time

and energy without pay - but this situation is unsustainable. The funds raised will

not only go toward a wheelchair-accessible van but will also help compensate

these loving caregivers, ensuring that Kelsie receives the consistent care she

needs while allowing her mother to continue working.

This van and additional support would be life-changing—not just for Kelsie, but

for her daughter, who deserves to have her mom fully present in her life.
