This year has brought unimaginable hardship to our dear friend Kelsey.

• She recently lost her father, leaving her with heartbreak while still trying to hold her family together.

• When she returned home this summer, she discovered a devastating water leak that caused black mold throughout her bathroom and bedroom walls, leaving her with costly, unsafe repairs.

• Her mother is currently in the ICU, fighting for her life after going septic, having emergency surgery for a dead bowel, and battling cancer at the same time.

• Just this morning, Kelsey was rear-ended in a car accident that totaled her only vehicle.

Through all of this, Kelsey remains the loving mother of five children who rely on her every day. Despite her strength, these overlapping crises have left her overwhelmed emotionally and financially.

We are asking for help to ease the heavy burdens she’s carrying which includes repairing her home so it’s safe for her kids, covering transportation needs after losing her car, and helping with basic expenses as she supports her mom in this critical fight.
