Help Kelly and Family Fight Cancer: Support for Travel, Hotel, and Bills

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

We really hate having to do this. If you know Kelly, you know that she hates asking for anything. If you have not heard, we have found that Kelly has a type of B-cell lymphoma in her throat. Because of that, we have made the choice to get help and treatment from the Mayo clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. They have been great with her treatment and the plan they set.

While we are all staying strong and hopeful, the reality of this battle has brought a lot of emotional and financial strain. As Kelly undergoes treatment, it has become essential for our family to travel frequently to Minnesota (7+ hours one way), which is far from home. The expenses are quickly adding up between travel, hotel stays, meals, and ongoing medical bills. We are doing everything we can to keep up with the mounting costs, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult as we focus on supporting Kelly through this challenging journey.

We are humbly asking for your support. Your donation will help cover the following costs:

Travel expenses: Gas/vehicle maintenance costs and transportation to and from treatment.

Hotel stays: Lodging near the treatment center for our family.

Bills and living expenses: The ongoing costs of everyday life, which have been harder to manage as time away from work increases.
