My aunt Kelly recently experienced the heartbreaking loss of her beloved service dog, Harley, who passed away from cancer. Harley was not just a companion, but a lifeline for Kelly, providing her with daily support, independence, and comfort. Losing Harley has left a significant gap in Kelly’s life, both emotionally and in terms of the assistance she relies on to navigate her day-to-day challenges.

Kelly lives with CMT, a progressive neurological condition that affects her muscles and mobility.
