Help Kelly & Tim Smith keep their home!

Hi, my name is Ronda Whitaker and I am spearheading this campaign to try and keep my best friend (Kelly) and her husband (Tim) from loosing their home of 20 years. Today they are setting aside pride and allowing me to plead on their behalf so they and their children won't become homeless.
Kelly and Tim are two of the kindest, most wonderful, hardest working folks you will ever meet. Kelly has been my best friend for more than 32 years and if I had the money I would give them all they need to keep them here and safe.
Like so many other folks they have faced challenges over the last year. Covid has knocked so many people in the dirt in more ways than we can count. Kelly and Tim are a pair that have been knocked down quite a few times; dirty and exhausted they keep getting back up. But no matter how many times they get up the bills (medical, mortgage) keep mounting, their income is less and merely keeping up flew out the window long ago.
Tim lost his job toward the beginning of Covid shutdown. Kelly's business was in a slow period, then Covid hit putting a nail in that coffin forcing her to shut her doors. She had just finished her bachelors degree in Social Work because she felt a calling to help people and what she longs to do, but is finding those jobs are requiring a master's degree, which they are in no position to pay for her to go back to school.
Many friends, family, and neighbors have spent endless hours over the years on their porch swing sorting out life and enjoying laughter. Always welcoming everyone with open arms. Keeping their home they so dearly love, worked so hard for and shared with so many over the last 20 years, is what we can help them do. They give their heart and time so freely to others. It is my prayer that our friends, family and community will give back to them in THEIR time of tremendous need.
They face loosing their home very soon if they can't come up with enough money. If they can't come up with enough they have no place to go or money to do it with. If we can't save their home, maybe we can pay for rent for a bit until they can get back on their feet.
So with an optimistic heart I plead with you on Kelly and Tim's behalf to keep them and their children in their home.

I truly believe when many people help a little, SO MUCH can be accomplished.
