- On Friday, January 29, 2022 my cousin Kelly was targeted and shot at on highway 70 in St. Louis, while driving. She was an innocent victim of this random act of violence. She was hit TWICE in her right hand As many of you know she is an entrepreneur who does hair and makeup, and has clients all over the STL/IL metro area. She is very passionate about what she does and with this tragic incident taking place, she is unable to do what she loves!
This has caused her to take a BIG hit financially!! Her car is totaled, she is now handicapped and will have to endure surgery and physical therapy.
