My mother, Kelly, was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and a lesion on her spinal cord in March of 2021. She is only 56 years old and deteriorating fast. She is now unable to work, and despite her strong feelings against it, she had to quit her job. The little money that she had saved up is barely enough to pay basic bills - not even her rising medical bills. All I, Emma (her daughter), am asking is that you donate whatever you are able to. 

My mother is such a kind, thoughtful woman, and this whole situation is just heartbreaking. The loss that I, my 17-year-old brother John, and my stepdad Mark will experience in the not-so-distant future will be a lot to bear, but anything that will make my mother's life more comfortable and debt-free is worth it, and beyond appreciated by all of us.
