Hi, I’m mollie and I’m setting this up for my incredible friend Kelly. She needs us right now. This is her story

I am raising funds to help me and my children move to a safer home. Where we currently live is not safe for us, and despite trying every possible avenue for help, we’ve been left with no choice but to seek private rented accommodation. On top of this, I struggle with several health conditions, including gastroparesis and EDS, which cause frequent flare ups—something that has only worsened due to the stress of our situation. Because of the gastroparesis, I am hooked up to a pump for around 20 hours a day and rely on an PEG J tube, which means I also have to manage a lot of medical equipment, such as bottles of feed, syringes, and supplies. I also live with multiple allergies, one of which is to the medical tape I have to use, and this often causes painful flares on my face, especially when combined with the stress I’m under. Alongside this, I have ongoing hip problems, which make the physical side of moving even harder to cope with.

As many know, the costs of deposits, moving, and setting up a new home are overwhelming, but having a safe place for my children to grow up is something I cannot give up on. Any support you can give—whether through a donation or by sharing this page—will bring us one step closer to safety, stability, and peace of mind. If there is any money left over, it will go toward paying off debts that have built up while doing everything I can to keep my children safe.
