Help Kelly in her up hill battle

I have created this page to help a friend and someone that has been a positive role model in my sons life as well as many others. Kelly is an amazing , strong and caring woman that could use our help to have a piece of mind for her family and children in her up hill battle ahead of her.
On March 20, 2019 Kelly went in for a doctors appointment as she thought she was dealing with constipation. Never could she have imagined her fate that day as she is a normally healthy woman. After bloodwork, ultrasounds and MRI’s it was discovered that she had a 13cm mass on her liver. Her doctor then had her do a Cat-scan which concluded there was innumerable nodules on her lungs. A liver and lung biopsy was done and the results were heartbreaking, not only for Kelly but for her two children, her family and her friends. Her diagnosis was stage IV intraheptic bile duct cancer which is also known as Cholangiocarcinoma.
After many discussions and second opinions the best treatment plan for Kelly at this stage is to start Chemo and try to attack this. She had her first treatment on April 25, 2019 and will continue this plan for the next 6 months.
Kelly is a fighter and has so much support behind her. My hope is that by creating this page all our support can be more then emotional but also financially. Kelly has been off of work due to that devastating day of March 20th and has no idea when she will be strong enough to return. Let’s give her a piece of mind that she won’t have to worry about all the Financial obstacles and she can focus on her recovery.
