Help Kelly get desperately needed spinal surgery

I'm reaching out for my girlfriend Kelly Grebetz/Koopman  who desperately needs a surgery to correct a botched spinal surgery done over 20 yrs ago.  All these years she has strived to maintain a normal life while being permanently disabled and living with the pain on a daily basis. This last year it has become too much to function normally and it is getting worse. Every day tasks and things as simple as just getting in and out of bed are becoming unbearable. The pain is overwhelming and doctors seem to be able to do little to help control it. A lot of her pain comes from nerves being compressed and damaged and cannot be controlled with medication but can be fixed by a private doctor in Texas that does reconstructive disc surgery. Getting the surgery done ASAP also prevents the nerve damage from being permanent. 
The surgery is around $7500 that is not covered by disability, insurance or any other means at our disposal so I'm asking for help.  The remainder of the fund money will be used for travel and lodging expenses getting to and from Texas for the procedure. MRI's and other preliminary things are done and all she needs is payment for the surgeon.
