Eight years ago, Kelly had his first heart attack. Since then he has had a double bypass surgery, and multiple stents put in to help his heart function, but the stress on his heart and his kidney’s has continued to grow and their function has only gone down. He’s still fighting, and has recently been placed on the transplant list for a dual transplant!

We are all so grateful that he has been given this opportunity, but this relief is also mixed with a new stress as neither Kelly or Kari can work while we wait for his turn for help. His transplant team is having them move into a temporary living situation so that he can be as close to the hospital as possible while we wait.

That brings us to here, asking for any help anyone can spare so that Kari can be there to care for her husband. Any donations would be used to pay for expenses while Kari is out of work, like bills, food, gas for doctor visits, anything that pops up during this time so that they can provide for their family.
