My name is Collen "Kelly" Head. I was born in Washington MO on February 26, 1967. In December of 2023, I was diagnosed with the end stage of ALS, Lou Gehrig's Disease. As this disease has progressed, and gravely affected my body, I find it hard to complete any daily tasks. This illness has left me unable to take care of my family anymore. My wife, Deborah, who struggles with her own medical issues, has stepped up to care for me and be the sole provider for our family.

I put my pride aside, mainly to ensure that my family doesn't struggle with my rapidly approaching final expenses. I requested that this go fund me be created for that purpose alone. I'd like to know that I can leave this world in peace, without the worry for my wife and family.
