Help Kellie Focus on Healing
Donation protected
My name is Madeline. A dear friend of mine, Kellie, has been diagnosed with Stage III Metastatic breast cancer and is currently in chemotherapy treatments to attack this sickness. Kellie is early on this journey and begins her weekly treatments this week as she has been going bi-weekly previously. She will hopefully be having her surgery to remove both breasts later this fall.
Ultimately, the reality of this diagnosis is that it doesn’t just attack the body but also the entire livelihood of the person diagnosed. Kellie and her children rely on her income, and due to this cancer, she has not been able to provide as she once could. I am looking to accept donations on behalf of Kellie to take some of this load off of her. Ultimately, Kellie needs to focus on getting through this cancer, and if there is anything we can do, it would be to take the financial burden off of her so she can fight this with some support.
A little about Kellie:
Kellie is a Dental Hygienist who has been committed to helping patients look and feel their best with their oral health since 2006, prior to being a Hygienist Kellie was a dental assistant since 2000. She is passionate about her job in dentistry and leaves a wonderful impact on those she has treated.
Kellie is a loving mother who goes above and beyond for her beautiful children. Whether its making sure her daughter who is exceptionally talented in softball gets to her tournaments or her son who is exceedingly gifted gets the right resources he needs to get into his STEM school he wants to attend , she is always devoted to making her children happy and feel supported.
Ironically as a hygienist, Kellie has a sweet tooth too and enjoys making Freeze dried candies. She would always bring her freeze dried goodies by the office when she was trying out something new so we could see what we thought. Candy is candy but I swear her freeze dried candy somehow is much better and not like biting into a rock, its light and puffy like freeze dried candy is supposed to be.
Kellie truly is a wonderful woman, mother and friend. I am hoping that even the smallest amount of money ca make a difference for her and her children. Cancer is not kind and the treatments for this diagnosis are only worse on the body. Kellie should focus on healing and going to appointments but with medical bills and working less and less she is unable to afford her primary responsibilities financially. I appreciate and Kellie appreciates any time or money given to help her during this difficult time.
