Hi, my name is Kirsten Alvarez, and I’m helping coordinate the recovery efforts for my aunt and her husband, Kelli and Rickey Huskey.
On the night of Friday, March 14, 2025, their neighborhood was struck by a devastating EF4 tornado. Miraculously, Kelli and Rickey were unharmed, despite the terrifying storm. Their three dogs, two goats, and four chickens have also been found safe. Sadly, a few of their chickens did not survive the storm.
Their home was completely destroyed, along with nearly all of their belongings—cars, furniture, clothing, keepsakes, and irreplaceable sentimental items are either gone or severely damaged.
Your generous donations will go directly to Kelli and Rickey to help them cover essential needs, such as food, clothing, and personal items. Additionally, these funds will assist in the long and difficult process of rebuilding their home and replacing what they’ve lost.
