Hi, I’m Amanda. I’m a daughter trying to give my mom one simple but meaningful gift: stability and peace.

My mom, Kelley, has been battling liver cancer since June 2018. For nearly eight years, she has endured treatments, hospitalizations, infections, and more setbacks than anyone should have to face. She has handled it all with incredible strength.

This past year has been especially hard. As her needs increased, I moved her closer to me to coordinate her care. Since then, there have been repeated hospital stays, facility transfers, and constant uncertainty. Each move has taken a toll.

What she needs now is not another transfer. She needs stability.

Our goal is to secure safe, consistent housing where she can receive in-home care and wake up in the same place every morning. A calm space where she can celebrate her birthday in April surrounded by family, spend time with her grandson, and focus on comfort instead of crisis.

Kelley has always dreamed of Italy; slow meals, sunlight, laughter, and time together. While travel isn’t possible, I want to create a space that carries that same feeling: warmth, dignity, and peace.

I am a full-time working single mom to a six-year-old who adores his grandma. I am navigating Medicaid, coordinating medical care, and doing everything I can to build something stable for her. But securing housing is the missing piece.

Funds raised will go directly toward:

• Move-in and security deposit

• Several months of stable housing

• Creating a safe setup for medical equipment and in-home support

This isn’t about luxury.

It’s about dignity.

It’s about replacing chaos with calm.
