On Sunday 15th November, my studio partner Gordon and I had our studio broken into and burgled. The thieves caused damage to the interior and stole a large amount of musical equipment. Many of the items were not only expensive but also held deep sentimental value, having been used to create Kelan, Bad Tracking, and Salac albums and EPs, and to tour around the world.
We are looking to raise funds to replace the stolen items and make the studio more secure. The gear that was taken includes the main equipment I rely on for recording and touring, and without it, continuing my work has become extremely difficult.
We are using GoFundMe’s automated goal feature to help build momentum for the campaign. While the visible goal may increase over time, every donation brings us closer to replacing the stolen gear and getting back to making music.
Every contribution, no matter the size, will help bring the music back and restore a space that means the world to us.
