KeKe has been fighting her entire life. As a child, she was diagnosed with cancer and went through chemotherapy. While she was blessed to go into remission, the long-term effects of that treatment led to heart failure later in life.

For three years, KeKe relied on a life-saving heart device called a Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) while she waited on the transplant list.

That chance finally came when she received a heart transplant. But just one day later, she suffered a stroke that changed everything.

Since then, KeKe has been living with lifelong health challenges as a result of that stroke.

Now, she is facing another difficult battle.

KeKe’s disability benefits are at risk of being taken away, even though she still very much depends on them due to her ongoing health conditions. This support is essential for her daily living and medical needs.

Our family is asking for help to raise funds so KeKe can hire a lawyer to fight this decision and protect the support she needs to survive.
