My name is Keith, and right now I’m in the fight of my life — fighting for the safety, stability, and well-being of my children. Over the past several months, my children have opened up to me about feeling uncomfortable and unsafe in their current living situation. They have shared concerns about the environment in the home and have expressed that certain interactions have made them uneasy. They have also reported inappropriate comments made by their mother’s boyfriend, which deeply concerned me as a parent. Most importantly, my children have consistently expressed that they do not feel safe. As a father, there is nothing more serious than hearing that from your kids.

Since January, my children have been living with me in Las Vegas. During that time, I have provided them with stability, structure, and support. They enrolled in school, adjusted to a routine, and began to feel secure again. My wife, Aleksandra, has also been a loving and supportive presence in their lives. She treats them with care, patience, and respect, and has helped create a positive, stable home environment where the kids feel safe, heard, and supported. Together, we’ve focused on giving them consistency, encouragement, and a sense of peace. I made every effort to handle this situation respectfully and cooperatively with their mother, because I truly believe children deserve both parents in their lives. My goal has never been to take that away — only to ensure they feel safe and supported. Unfortunately, things escalated to court.

I am raising funds to hire an experienced family law attorney, file for emergency custody and ongoing legal motions, cover court fees and legal expenses, and ensure my children have a voice in court. I will continue to support my children having a relationship with their mother. This is not about keeping them from her. This is about listening to my children, protecting them, and making sure they grow up in an environment where they feel safe, respected, and supported.
