Hello, my name is Keith. I'm severely disabled with aggressive advanced arthritis and type 1 diabetes with neuropathy and retinopathy. My debilitating condition has made me unable to work anymore. I had to stop working 6 months ago. I've been living on my 401k since then and now that has run out and I have absolutely no income. I'm still waiting on a second decision on my Social Security Disability case.

I absolutely hate to ask for help but my utilities are still coming in and if I get disconnected on electric or gas I will get evicted from my apartment. Any help will be so greatly appreciated.
