My name is Keith Herdman. I’m 45 years old. I had to have emergency surgery due to having an infection in my spine, my blood, lungs, and around my heart. I spent 42 days in the hospital over this, and it’s God's miracle that I’m still here. I was clearly told that by the doctor. I’m also lucky I’m not paralyzed over this surgery. This has been the roughest thing I’ve ever gone through, and I pray I never go through it again.

Having 2 vertebrae removed has completely messed with my balance. I have to have things to hold onto just to get somewhere. I have to use a walker to walk. Having only one leg doesn’t help matters at all; it actually makes my life worse. I have hospital bills to pay and everyday living expenses as well. So any donations are a blessing and are very much appreciated. God himself knows that I need it. I’ve never asked anyone for anything, but now is the time I have to ask. I pray I have good friends and family that will donate to help me. I’ve always been independent, but at this point in time, it’s just not possible for me. So like I said, any donations are truly a blessing and very much appreciated.
