Help Keith and Sharina with Stephen’s medical cost

My husband Keith Jordan and my son were in a car accident Friday at 4pm. My husband took his parents to the airport was headed to my sons baseball practice and just a few miles out he got into a car accident my husband is sore but he is ok tge work truck that hit are van hit on my sons side and my son stephen He was in his seat belt but all the way in the back. So Keith had a hard time pulling him out and he was talking to the paramedics and gave them a thumbs up and spoke a little but once he got into the ambulance he threw up and choked on it and it went into his lungs. And they had to bring him back they said he didn't have oxygen as they were bring him into the hospital.They said 72 hours which would be today around 5 they will know something. They will tell us more in 5 days and more after the week. So right now we are just praying for anything. He has a fractured skull with brain bleeding and alot of swelling and pressure. 

At this time I can't leave the hospital he is in a medically induced coma. We don't have any good or bad outcomes ao far it just hasn't been good which was expected. We hope after today we have some knowledge of what's going on.

But in situations like these that I'm unfamiliar with I just need to know what my next steps are. But I do need to keep my job. Stephen has always loved how hard I work. He always says he is gonna be like me. He was telling me on Wednesday that he wants to be a biochemical engineer and all the reasons why.  
I'm  just at a loss.
