Donation protected
Hi everyone. This past month has been extremely difficult for me, as I have been asked to find somewhere else to live by the end of the year. I have been calling and contacting many listings without much luck, and now I have only 2 weeks left and not much hope or will to live. My grandmother is leaving before me with her abusive daughter who also wants me to live with them and I cannot bear the thought of running into her after I spent my entire life trying to leave that miserable experience. However, my last couple of hell weeks could completely change because I have just received a confirmation email for one of the places I applied for.
I will need $1,200.00 in total to be able to move in. That is $300.00 by Friday ( 12/17, in 3 days ) and $900.00 by Monday ( 12/20, in 5 days ) or else my reservation will be canceled. I am an artist and I already have a job, am looking for a second one, and applied for loans but the paycheck I would receive by Friday will Not be enough to cover it. Please consider donating, I do not want to be homeless in the middle of winter. And I wouldn’t want that to happen to anyone else in my situation.
UPDATE 12/16: Hello everyone. I’m not entirely sure the last 1k needed will go through the withdrawal process in time ( it hasn’t been verified to start the withdrawal process yet ). I will still need ~$500-800 by Thursday at the latest to cover it- depending on if I use my paycheck + the remaining funds here to cover it as well. I would Absolutely appreciate additional donations, as those will also ease my move in costs by letting me buy toiletries/necessities, allow me to take ubers to work, and feed myself. Please consider donating- I have a little bit more time but not very much and I am, very stressed about this. Thank you.
