Help Keir with his medical bills

Hi my name is Keir.

While riding my bike home from work I was struck by an SUV who ran a red light causing me be paralyzed in both legs and in my right arm. After two spinal surgeries and an extended stay at the hospital as well an acute care facility my medical bills have exceeded any insurance the driver had. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
