Help Keiko Fight ALS (Lou Gerhig's Disease)

Hello - As many of you may know our sister, Keiko, was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gerhig's Disease) recently. As a family, we are devastated and we want Keiko and her family to be able to live life to the fullest without the financial burden this disease carries.

Keiko carries the health insurance for her family and many costs of her care will not be covered by insurance. The average cost per year out-of-pocket to care for a patient with ALS is over $150,000.

ALS is an always fatal neurodegenerative disease in which a person's brain loses connection with the muscles. People with ALS lose their ability to walk, talk, eat, and eventually breathe, usually within 2-5 years from onset.

The monies raised will be used to help her family for whatever they may need as they continue to battle her progression and accommodate her ever-changing needs. We can't thank you enough for your support.
