Help Kei’Ana Get Endometriosis Surgery

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out because I need help covering the cost of a much-needed surgery. I’ve been struggling with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) since I was 13 years old. Over the years, the pain and symptoms have only gotten worse—especially in the last 3 years. At this point, the pain affects nearly every aspect of my daily life, and my doctors believe I have Endometriosis Overgrowth on my organs and surgery is the next critical step for me to get relief and begin healing.

What is endometriosis?

Endometriosis (endo) is a disease where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside of it—on the ovaries, fallopian tubes, bowels, and other organs. These growths cause inflammation, internal bleeding, scar tissue, and cysts. For many, like me, this leads to chronic pain, heavy bleeding, digestive issues, fatigue, and fertility struggles. There is no cure, and surgery is one of the most effective ways to manage it.

I’m scheduled for a laparoscopic surgery to remove endometriosis, but because I haven’t met my insurance deductible, I’m required to pay $6,000-$8,000 upfront before I can have the procedure. My wife and I are both working full-time and part-time jobs just to stay afloat, but as the surgery date gets closer, we’ve realized we cannot reach this amount in time on our own. I’ve already had to postpone the surgery for 2 months, and I truly can’t afford to delay it again.

This surgery will make a life-changing difference. It means less pain, more energy, and the chance to focus on living my life instead of just managing daily symptoms.
