Help Kei Collective Recover From Break-in

In the early morning hours of March 30th, Kei Collective suffered a break-in and robbery which resulted in loss of product, property damage, and the theft of all cash kept in-store. We are a small business and community hub centered around uplifting independent artists and spreading our love for alternative fashion. We strive to create a safe space for people of all marginalized identities and backgrounds to express themselves. Kei Collective houses the works of over 70 creators and small vendors and is staffed by it's team of 3 co-owners, Andrea, Skylar, and Stella. As a small business, we don’t have the cushion that big box stores have when it comes to recovering from theft and damages. After learning that out insurance wasn’t going to cover any of the damages done to the store, we’re turning to GoFundMe to try and help recover our losses.



We have created this GoFundMe to help cover the following expenses: replacing our window, replacing our storefront door, applying security film to the new glass, upgrading our security system, recouping cost of boarding up the windows and broken glass removal, product loss, cash stolen, and the cost of installing a security gate. We’re hoping that with your help, we can not only recover all that we lost, but also prevent this from happening again.
