I have been struggling for some time, and the hole I am in just keeps getting deeper no matter how much I try to dig myself out. With hurdles around every corner, I am finding myself falling further and further behind on utilities, and have a pending power shutoff from PG&E.

Having some physical limitations has made finding employment nearly impossible, and jobs I am experienced and qualified for have more/new guidelines that I cannot fulfill (such as a college degree), though I keep up the search.

Every time there is a glimmer of hope that things are on an upswing, something new happens that keeps me falling back down. The current goal is just to get myself even with utilities, and keep power on so that I have a source for heat, cooking, and storing perishable foods. Without power, I do not have access to the internet, job searches, and communication from agencies as I seek assistance and employment.
