Our son Uriah is seven years old and is autistic. Recently, the autistic community experienced a heartbreaking tragedy when an autistic child drowned. This loss has made our concern for Uriah’s safety even more urgent, especially since our neighbor has a pond nearby. There is a well-documented correlation between autism and an increased risk of drowning, so keeping Uriah safe is our top priority.

We are raising funds to put up new gates and repair or replace the fencing around our property. The money will go directly to purchasing fencing materials, a secure driveway gate, and covering the installation and labor costs. By making these improvements, we hope to create a safer environment for Uriah and give our family peace of mind.
