What’s in it for you, you ask. Here are a few reasons why your donations help you and will help save our democracy. With less than 70 days until the Midterms, we must do everything we can to prevent the GOP from taking over Congress. If they win the House, Biden becomes a lame duck and will be impeached post-haste. If they take the Senate there will be no more Judicial appointments and probably Benghazi-like hearings on steroids. We can’t let that happen. I’ve been a political activist on Twitter for over 12 years. I have, and hope to continue, influencing former Republicans and swing votes to vote blue. There are not many people who provide the service that I do. I’m a curator. I spend 20-30 hours a week watching and collecting news, cartoons, memes, and videos, that provide reality-based, fact-supported information that is favorable to our goals. I also spend another 10-12 hours a week uploading and maintaining my Jukebox with current tweets that are available 24/7. So, basically, this is a full-time job. I love doing it and now more than ever I need to continue. We need all the help we can get because our democracy is facing an existential threat from the MAGA folk. But economics are pricing me out of the game. A small donation is a big thing. To stay online I need internet, electricity, my Jukebox, my website, and most importantly my home. My lease was just renewed with a $150 rent increase. But my SSA disability check is still the same. I have no choice but to ask for help. So, I’m asking for your help so that I can continue providing you with the service that is so crucial to saving our democracy and maintaining our control of Congress.
