I’m Al, and I’m raising support for myself and my fiction podcast, THIS IS CHANNEL AB3. I’ve been sharing stories on my blog since 2008, and over the years it has meant a lot to see people connect with my work and even adapt some of my stories for their own podcasts and YouTube channels with my permission. Before this show, I also created a podcast called THE NIGHT BLOGGER. My current show is a labor of love, built around humor and horror, and it has already grown to about 25 episodes. Most were written by me, with a few written by friends or adapted from classic public domain stories.

Because this podcast is a hobby, it sometimes goes dormant when life gets busy or when production costs become too much for me to manage alone. I hire voice actors to perform the stories, and there are also costs for artwork and hosting. While the podcast does run commercials, it currently brings in only about 90 cents a month, which is nowhere near enough to keep production going consistently. Support through this fundraiser would help me cover those costs so I can continue creating new episodes, original stories, and special broadcasts without putting the show behind a paywall or turning it into something it was never meant to be.

If you’ve enjoyed THIS IS CHANNEL AB3 and want to help keep it going, any contribution would mean a lot to me. There’s no subscription, no reward tier, and no obligation at all. This is simply a way to help cover expenses and make more episodes possible while supporting independent audio fiction. Thank you for listening, for caring about this project, and for helping me keep Channel AB3 on the air.
